混凝土輸送泵(beng)活(huo)塞(sai)和輸送缸(gang)(gang)的潤滑方式(shi)一(yi)般有:一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)是自動(dong)加油(you)(you)潤滑,這(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)方式(shi)每(mei)泵(beng)送一(yi)次,加油(you)(you)系(xi)統都會自動(dong)加一(yi)次潤滑油(you)(you);針對(dui)這(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)加油(you)(you)系(xi)統而言,建(jian)議定(ding)(ding)期(qi)(qi)檢查油(you)(you)路是否暢通(tong),否則一(yi)旦油(you)(you)路受阻(zu),活(huo)塞(sai)和輸送缸(gang)(gang)將(jiang)急劇磨損;另一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)是手動(dong)加油(you)(you)系(xi)統,這(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)方式(shi)需人(ren)工(gong)(gong)定(ding)(ding)期(qi)(qi)予(yu)以加油(you)(you),針對(dui)這(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)情(qing)況,操作人(ren)員(yuan)應(ying)根(gen)據(ju)工(gong)(gong)作環境的不同,定(ding)(ding)期(qi)(qi)補充潤滑油(you)(you),通(tong)常情(qing)況下(xia)1次/小時(shi)。注意:加油(you)(you)時(shi),一(yi)定(ding)(ding)要將(jiang)活(huo)塞(sai)點(dian)動(dong)至垂直加油(you)(you)點(dian)的下(xia)部,以使潤滑油(you)(you)剛(gang)好進入活(huo)塞(sai)中間的油(you)(you)槽。
在混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)運(yun)作(zuo)過程中,操作(zuo)人員還應(ying)(ying)密切注意水(shui)箱,一旦發現(xian)水(shui)渾(hun)濁或水(shui)中有(you)砂子(zi)時(shi)(shi),表(biao)明混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵活塞(sai)可(ke)能出(chu)現(xian)磨(mo)損(sun)狀況,此(ci)時(shi)(shi)應(ying)(ying)及時(shi)(shi)更換(huan)活塞(sai),否則(ze)(ze)很有(you)可(ke)能加劇(ju)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵活塞(sai)和輸(shu)送(song)缸(gang)的(de)磨(mo)損(sun)。若更換(huan)新活塞(sai)后,水(shui)很快又(you)出(chu)現(xian)渾(hun)濁,則(ze)(ze)表(biao)明輸(shu)送(song)缸(gang)已磨(mo)損(sun),需更換(huan)輸(shu)送(song)缸(gang)了(le)。針(zhen)對這(zhe)種情況,建(jian)議先通過測量缸(gang)徑的(de)方法判斷輸(shu)送(song)缸(gang)是(shi)否磨(mo)損(sun),一般缸(gang)內壁的(de)鍍鉻層厚度只有(you)0.2-0.25mm,當缸(gang)徑增(zeng)大0.45-0.55mm時(shi)(shi),就表(biao)明需要更換(huan)輸(shu)送(song)缸(gang)。注意:水(shui)箱中冷卻水(shui)的(de)水(shui)溫非常重要,如果水(shui)溫太高,則(ze)(ze)會加劇(ju)活塞(sai)的(de)磨(mo)損(sun),此(ci)時(shi)(shi)建(jian)議經常更換(huan)水(shui)箱中的(de)冷卻水(shui)。
